In a time of credit cards, internet banking and online shopping, children don’t often see people buying products with physical money like notes and coins.

I,an assiatant professor usually teaches the professional course to the young generation student community is not enough nowadays.Actually they are expecting more as a personal endurence. One of the most usal thing I suggest to my mentees is to develop the habit of reading.Yes!Obviously the habit of reading makes you to grow through your life.sharing my own experience with the students is one of the way to make them read.Recently I had an opportunity to read a book by Robin sharma titled 5Am Club. For the people who never know about this concept of 5AM Club, here I shared some views what the legend Robin Sharma had written. The concept behind the book is daily you wake up at 5 AM, do twenty-minutes exercise, twenty-minutes planning and twenty-minutes study.

On the day when I shared this 5AM Club concept,really the students were very enthusiastic in following this in their daily life.But in his words itself Robin sharma wrote a point that this concept will wanish away easily. I was tired on the first day.It felt that I had not sleep the night before and my eyes were red. Really It was very hard and painful.All through the day the struggle continues and I managed to be done with my works.

The next day 5AM came and again I felt hard to wake, but managed. Now the case was different where I felt too much pain to carry forward my daily activities. So I decided at last to go bed earlier,this made a huge impact where I wake up with new energy the next day.Now the days were moved on waking up early becomes my daily routine.So I suggest the students to wait until the tipping point  is reached.

The personality development  always enhances the early wake up concept, where we find a good time to learn things with fresh minds. The only think that every one should follow in their life is “we should be  always unique ”.
